KAVELL BIGBY-WILLIAMS: DOMINATING WITH A DOUBLE DOUBLE AGAINST ROCKY MOUNTAIN COLLEGE

Last weekend saw Midnight Madness’ very own Kavell ‘Mr Bigs’ Bigby-Williams continue to dominate after another great game against Rocky Mountain College, finishing with 21 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 7 blocks to help Gillette College end strong 92-74.

The 6’9″ forward is having an impressive start to the season, currently averaging 16.8 points and 13.8 rebounds each game, as well as leading with the most blocks (31) in the NJCAA to date.

Bigby-Williams said, “Midnight Madness has helped me a lot and it’s always a highlight to come home in the summer and play with friends. I believe this year’s MM was great preparation for me towards my season ahead, and so I’m enjoying working hard and seeing the results come through.”

Following on from last weekend’s success, Bigby-Williams and his team will be going head to head against Lake Region State next, plus another JV team that is soon to be confirmed.

Midnight Madness caught up with Bigby-Williams over the summer as he proved unstoppable at this year’s Manchester qualifier.
